Google Docs integration

Our goal is to have you spend less time per week on reporting. Luna uses Google Docs to create different kinds of reports (eg. weekly launch summary), which you can quickly edit and share with the relevant stakeholders.
You can connect to Google Docs on any of the following pages:
Sign up flow
Any launch page >> Hamburger menu >> Summary
Settings >> Integrations page
Any of the three options above will redirect you to the Google Docs oAuth flow, during which you will consent to the permission scope required by the integration.
The connection between Google Docs and Luna is a user to user connection. Each Luna user will have to independently connect their Luna workspace to their Google Docs.
Any “admin” or “maker” being an owner or participant of a launch, can trigger the weekly summary in two ways:
The weekly summary can be triggered manually at any point in time. In a launch page:
Click on hamburger menu >> Summary
If not connected to Google Docs, you will be taken through the oAuth flow
A Google Docs will open, filled out with a summary of the launch. Data reflects this week’s progress.
You are the owner of that Google Docs. Anyone in your organization will have comment rights, as long as they can access the link.
Each launch weekly summary will be created in a Google Drive folder called “Launch weekly summary - Luna”
The weekly summary can be triggered automatically, each end of week, by Luna. In a launch page:
Click on hamburger menu >> Weekly summary
If not connected to Google Docs, you will be taken through the oAuth flow
At the end of each week, Luna will create a launch weekly summary Google Doc that will be stored in your drive.
Luna will also add a link to that Google Doc in your “resources” tab
